Saint Olaf Catholic Church is pleased to offer several beautiful, newly-remodeled spaces which can be rented for private, corporate, and non-profit functions. We are conveniently located in the middle of downtown Minneapolis with free on-site parking. Saint Olaf is also skyway accessible across both Second and Third Avenues.
Facility rental includes:

FLEMING HALL
Total size is approx. 3,400 sq. ft.
(capacity for up to 250 seated at tables or up to 300 theater-style seating)
Fleming Hall is a beautiful, newly-remodeled space, perfect for wedding receptions, professional business meetings, and more. It includes a 1,000 sq. ft. stained-glass foyer with carpeted floors. The space itself boasts high ceilings with crystal chandelier fixtures, adding an elegant or professional touch to your event. The hall can also be divided into two spaces by a soundproof wall, giving each space 1,700 sq. ft., which provides for a smaller, more intimate gathering. Both sides of the room are completely AV-equipped. The full-sized kitchen is perfect for all your catering needs.
FORLITI GATHERING ROOM
Total size is approx. 3,300 sq. ft.
(capacity for up to 150 – either seated at tables or theater-style seating)
The intimate Forliti Gathering Room has just been remodeled as a multi-purpose meeting or reception room. It offers a quiet environment, neutral decor, changeable lighting, plus excellent sound amplification. The 1,000 sq. ft. stained-glass foyer has hardwood floors and is immediately adjacent to the free parking lot. The Forliti Gathering Room includes a working gas fireplace, a small kitchen for food prep and service, portable audio-visual equipment, and more.
