St. Olaf Young Adults (SOYA) is designed for men and women in their 20s and 30s, single or married, who wish to develop their Catholic faith via Spiritual, Service, and Social activities.

We are a group that seeks to develop our knowledge of the Faith, our life of prayer, and want to meet other young adults who are seeking to live out their faith in Jesus Christ in the world while building friendships and community.

SOYA is founded on four principles:
SPIRITUAL GROWTH
FAITH FORMATION
BUILDING FRIENDSHIPS
COMMUNITY SERVICE

SOYA BOOK CLUB
Members of SOYA read a different book each month and then meet on a Sunday after Mass to discuss the book. The group chooses books that cover a wide variety of topics, from literary novels to Church history and theology.
