Centering Prayer

Support Groups and Teaching in Centering Prayer/Meditation


Saturday mornings
via Zoom/Online - call the parish office to be added to the Online group
and
10:00am once per Month (usually 1st Saturday of the month, meet in person in Forliti Gathering Room)


This is an open and ongoing group offering support to persons committed to Centering Prayer or some form of meditation. It provides introduction and continuing spiritual formation. Each gathering includes two 20-minute prayer periods, with a meditative walk between them. There is reflection on the experiences, difficulties, benefits of this prayer. During the second part of each gathering, there is instruction and discussion.
