Communion (EMHCs) to the Homebound are adult parishioners have been
commissioned and trained to bring Communion to parishioners in our local
community, who are unable to attend Mass but wish to receive the Holy
Eucharist. This ministry is a special combination of the ministry of
hospitality and the Eucharistic Ministry. A Homebound Minister represents the
parish by bringing the “Community gathered to celebrate Christ’s presence” to
those who are physically unable to assemble with the congregation.Contact Fr. Wehmann for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org
