You can search for your volunteer opportunity in two ways: Via a particular "Ministry" or via "Skills/Interests."
• Select the "Ministry" in the left column-You will see all the volunteer opportunities available in that Ministry-Select the volunteer opportunity that you want to participate in-Select the “I’m Interested” line on the bottom of the description-Complete the online form. Your interest will be shared with the lead contact for that volunteer opportunity who will contact you.
• Scroll down through the Skills/Interests listing in the left column-Select the skill/interest that you have-A listing of all of the volunteer opportunities that make use of your skills/interests will be displayed-Select the “I’m Interested” line on the bottom of the description-Complete the online form. Your interest will be shared with the lead contact for that volunteer opportunity who will contact you.
Saint Olaf requires all volunteers who interact with minors or vulnerable adults to complete and maintain safe environment credentials through the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. The requirements include a criminal background check, signing a Code of Conduct, and completing Safe Environment training.
