All volunteers should create or log into their VolunteerHub account, click “sign-up” and sign our waiver before your Build Day. Volunteers who arrive without prior registration may not be able to volunteer
Volunteer Guidelines: Here’s a quick rundown of essential Volunteer Guidelines to ensure a successful volunteer experience:Sturdy, closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are a must; tennis shoes and work boots are great! Slides, Crocs, or Keens are not allowed.
Lunch is not provided by Habitat, so please communicate a lunch plan with your volunteers. Food delivery is acceptable, with a recommended delivery time around 11:40 a.m.
Please bring refillable water bottles as we will have water on-site to keep you refreshed.You’re welcome to bring your own gloves and/or tools, but all sites will have the supplies you will need. Make sure to label whatever you bring to site!
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. 1 Adult supervision is required for 4 volunteers under 18 years old.Please do not come to site if you feel sick or are experiencing any symptoms.
